Woodbine Heights This section of Old East York perimeters are Coxwell on the West, Woodbine on the East, the Don Valley Ravine on the north and Mortimer on the south. As with much of the Old East York neighbourhoods, this area is primarily based on single family homes owned by many older people and retirees.  However there is movement towards building new and upgrading the houses in the area with younger families moving in. The houses are tudor and victorian in style  one and two storey with many new homes being built
